This is a truly an innovative device... not because it does something new, but rather, it's innovative design. What you see pictured above is The Moixa Sphere. The Sphere is basically a rounded digital display that can be collapsed into a flat ellipsoid form. The Sphere can be used in multiple modes. When opening a web site it will also display navigation buttons and a keyboard. When it is used as a controller it can be manipulated gyroscopically and will support multitouch. It's spherical shape will allow 3D surface images from Google Earth. There are so many other possibilities for the 3D display...
and it is expected to only be about $350.... about as much as your fancy cell phone!!!
