I am so glad I thought to go to satellitetvcharlottenc.net and get TV set up before we moved in last week. The winter Olympics have been on and I would have been seriously bummed if I couldn't watch it. Plus, it has given me the perfect background distraction to listen to while I unpack and the kids are at school. Moving can be so exciting, but it is also exhausting and a little bit lonely. I am used to going to the store and running into at least one person that I know. I have been to the store everyday since we moved here and of course I haven't seen anyone that I know. Especially since I don't know anyone here yet. That feels weird after living somewhere that I practically knew everyone. I know it will get that way here, it just takes time and that time can seem kind of lonely. It is better in the evenings when my husband and kids are home. But, during the day it is just me and the Olympics!
